I made this spice rub for grilling pork tenderloin, but it would also be delicious on chicken thighs and drumsticks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Tbs Kosher Salt
  • 1 teas Garlic Powder
  • 1 teas Ground Ginger
  • 1 teas Chinese Five Spice
  • 1/2 teas Black Pepper, freshly ground

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and rub on meat before grilling.

A one pound pork tenderloin will take about 15-20 minutes on a medium-hot charcoal grill. It’s recommended that you cook the meat to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
