Whether you live in a house on wheels, like us, or in a traditional home, these shrimp are perfect for an appetizer or as a main course.
You’ll need:
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 Tbsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1️⃣ In a large skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium-low heat.
2️⃣ Add the garlic and cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes, careful not to let the garlic burn.
3️⃣ When your stomach growls because of the smell of the cooking garlic, add the shrimp to the pan. Toss the shrimp in the garlic butter/oil until it is pink on all sides, about 3 minutes.
4️⃣ Toss in the chili pepper flakes and serve.
We enjoyed this easy dinner with cauliflower “grits” and wilted spinach. It can easily be served on top of pasta or rice or on its own as an easy appetizer.
