This may become my new go-to sauce for the summer. It’s delicious on everything from grilled vegetables to lamb and chicken. And it’s super simple!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tahini paste (well-mixed)
- 1/4 cup water
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic (grated, pressed, or crushed)
- salt & pepper to taste
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- smoked paprika (optional)
Mix all ingredients (except paprika) in a small bowl adding additional water if the sauce is too thick. Serve on or on the side sprinkled with smoked paprika.
Enjoy served on almost everything from the grill — vegetables, lamb chops, chicken, etc.
